ForeSight – modular IOL for challenging cases

ForeSight is an innovative modular intraocular lens developed by Reper NN in collaboration with the Cheboksary Branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Insitution and Evgeny N. Batkov, MD, PhD, ophthalmic surgeon and research associate.
Built on the clinically proven MIOL platform with over 20 years of successful use, ForeSight features a unique two-component design: a permanent haptic and an exchangeable optic. This modular concept enables postoperative refractive adjustment while preserving the supporting structure, reducing surgical trauma during secondary procedures.
ForeSight is designed for cases with unpredictable postoperative refraction, including paediatric cataract surgery, cataract combined with corneal pathology, and eyes following vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade.
Key benefits:

• Exchangeable optic for postoperative refractive management
•Reduced surgical trauma during secondary interventions
• Simple and intutive implantation technique
• Versatile solution for complex clinical cases

ForeSight is available for clinical use.
